1. Agreement

By creating an account, starting a trial, or using SEO Dispatcher, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

SEO Dispatcher is a workspace for researching search demand, drafting site-native blog posts, running SEO and schema audits, and publishing Markdown or MDX into a GitHub repository you connect. We do not host your blog, render your site, or replace your CMS. Posts you publish live in your repo and deploy with your existing site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher. The service is a business tool and is not directed at children.

4. Your account

Sign-in is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and tell us if you think the account was used without permission. Workspaces are scoped to your account. Do not share access you are not authorized to grant, and do not attempt to reach another customer’s workspace.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Studio) start with a 7-day trial. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged for that plan.

Yearly billing is 15% off the annual total for the same limits and features as monthly. The Founding Pass is a limited one-time purchase with Pro-level limits for the life of the product offering, not a subscription.

Checkout and invoices are processed by Dodo Payments. Card details are collected by Dodo, not stored by SEO Dispatcher. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from Settings → Billing. Usage limits (sites, blogs, audits) reset on the plan’s billing period and are enforced in the product.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree in writing. If you are in the EEA or UK you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Starting a trial or using the studio is treated as a request to begin the service. Email abhijith1203@gmail.com if you want to discuss a charge or withdrawal.

Unpaid subscription renewals may lock the studio after a short grace period. The Founding Pass is not taken away because a later subscription payment failed.

6. Connected services

You may connect GitHub, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar integrations. You authorize us to use those tokens only to perform the actions you request — for example reading search queries, drafting a post, opening a pull request, or pinging IndexNow. You confirm you have the right to connect those properties.

GitHub, Google, Clerk, Dodo, OpenAI, and Cloudflare have their own terms. You must comply with them. You can revoke connections in Integrations or by deleting your account.

7. Content and repositories

You retain ownership of content you create and of files we commit to your repository with your approval. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service (draft, audit, store, display to you, and publish when you ask).

You are responsible for what you publish: accuracy, copyright, trademarks, privacy of third parties, and any claims in the post. Do not use the product to write or ship unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material.

8. AI output

Drafts, outlines, audits, and recommendations may be produced with third-party AI models. Output can be incomplete or wrong. You must review it before you publish. SEO Dispatcher does not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations in AI products, or any particular business result.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • probe, scrape, or disrupt the service or other customers’ workspaces;
  • audit or publish to sites or repositories you do not control or lack permission for;
  • circumvent plan limits, trials, or billing;
  • use the product to send spam, malware, or to impersonate others;
  • resell access without our written consent.

10. Our intellectual property

The SEO Dispatcher name, mark, app, and documentation remain ours. These Terms do not transfer any licence to copy the product, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use our brand in a way that suggests partnership.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Search engines and AI products change; we cannot promise how they will treat a page.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Dispatcher and its operator are not liable for lost profits, lost data, ranking changes, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limitation is forbidden.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your connected properties, or your misuse of the service, except to the extent a claim is caused by our wilful misconduct.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account from Settings at any time. Files already in your GitHub repository remain yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk to the service or other users. After termination we delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, delete your account.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence — including in the EEA and UK — still apply where they cannot be waived.
